About the room
Hello, everybody. Room for rent starting July 2023 in Rosemont/PetitePatrie. The room is in a spacious 5 1/2, ground floor with a beautiful backyard. 2 minute walk from metro Rosemont (Orange metro line). 15 minutes via metro to downtown. Dryer, washer, and dishwasher in the apartment. I have some training/gym equipment in the apartment that I don’t mind sharing. Also there is an EconoFitness 5 minutes away. The apartment is really close (5 minute) to plaza saint Hubert and just a bike ride to marché Jean Talon. The rent is $850 (all included). The room is furnished (bed, small dresser, night stand and a desk).
About the roomies
Me, the roommate : I’m queer cis Latino. Working full time as a nurse in HIV and sexual health. Easy going. Love playing Switch and gardening in my spare time. I will gladly answer any questions you may have.
