About the room

Hello, everybody. Room for rent starting November 1st in Rosemont/PetitePatrie. The room is in a spacious 5 1/2, ground floor with a beautiful backyard. 2 minute walk from metro Rosemont (Orange metro line). 15 minutes via metro to downtown. Dryer, washer, and dishwasher in the apartment. Also there is an EconoFitness 5 minutes away. The apartment is really close (5 minute) to plaza saint Hubert and just a bike ride to marché Jean Talon. The rent is $910 (all included). The room is furnished (bed, small dresser, night stand and a desk).

About the roomies
