The price is $800 / month.
15% of utilities are required for each tenant / month. Internet, water, garbage and recycling are included.
The home is located minutes from downtown and has easy access to the Trans Canada Highway. It is close to all amenities (2 minutes from Thrifty Foods grocery, 8 mins to VIU, a few mins walking to the bus stop, ferry and harbour, etc) with many parks, walking & running trials.
The home features a bright and spacious 1400 sq/ft living area which includes 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, an open kitchen/dining room, living room with beautiful ocean views and it’s own laundry.

There’s a backyard with little to no maintenance needed and possibly parking for 5 cars. The parking and backyard areas are shared with other tenants.
