The unit is a brand new (never been occupied) and is located in downtown Toronto, few minutes walk from Dundas Square. There are two rooms, a big room for $1300 and a small one (big enough for a double bed) for $1030. It has all the amenities from a gym, concierge, to party and meeting rooms. The deposit is for security, first and last month. Credit report and proof of income required.

I’m moving to Toronto this summer so I’m looking for someone to share the rent with. I’m a pretty laid back person, quiet clean. I like good company so ideally someone comfortable with hanging out when chanced.
