Looking for one female tenant to fill a bedroom in a half basement apartment (half above the ground) with lots of light by Taunton and Audley.

The apartment will be occupied by three other female tenants. Looking for a young professional female tenant who will keep her room and common areas sparkling clean and tidy.

Lease Terms Start Date: February 1, 2026 Lease Length: 1 year with possibility of extension

We will require an employment letter, 2 recent paystubs, and credit report from Equifax.

All utilities and parking are included in rental price. Parking available for one small car (example: Nissan Micra).

Common space has a dining table and chairs, couch, accent chair, fire place, coffee table, and a 43’ TV on a mount. There is an ensuite laundry, beautiful bathroom, and full kitchen.

Neighbourhood Close to numerous supermarkets, convenience stores, Audley Recreation Centre, walking and running trails, fast food locations, gyms, cafes, banks, and some of the best restaurants in Ajax. 2 city bus stops right in front (915 - Durham College/UOIT/Oshawa and 216- Ajax GO). The apartment will be occupied by three other female tenants. All roommates are in their mid to late 20s. One is a Nurse, another is an early childhood educator, and the third is a security guard.
