Hi. We are two young professional females looking for a third female roommate to join us in our lovely, centrally located apartment! We are the main floor and basement in a brick heritage townhouse style building, which overlooks the park and the Board of Education building in the Beltline. We are looking for someone who is respectful of shared space, but will join in for a roommate night of wine and The Bachelor.

We are 26 and 28 and work typical business hours. Between work and friends we’re both busy and in and out of the house. Neither of us are big partiers and not 420 friendly, but we do like to have people over for drinks. We go on adventures together and are happy to have you join us – hiking, camping, golfing, picnics in the park, roommate dinners and binge watching Netflix.

We’re looking for a female roommate, non-smoker (this is non-negotiable from our landlady), someone who is clean and quiet during weeknights. The property management company prefers longer term renters, so unfortunately won’t work for students and those on Co-Op terms.The apartment is fully furnished, except for your bedroom. If you watch our Youtube video the room available is the last one shown. We have a small storage space in the basement, as well as ensuite laundry.

The rent is $665 per month plus utilities. Utilities are typically between $45 in the summer months and up to $85 in the winter months. If you need parking there is a gravel lot in the backyard where parking is $50 or underground parking available for $75.
