Hi there potential roommate, we have a bedroom on the main floor of a house that is minutes away from Brentwood Station and the University of Calgary. The room is unfurnished. One key thing here that you like dogs, we are currently fostering two puppies(in the pictures) that will be with us until they are adopted, and we have an older miniature schnauzer with us, so 3 dogs in the house. It is a lot of fun, but it can be hectic at times. Ideally the room would be rented to someone who is into dogs and would be wiling to interact and play with the puppies. Rent is $500 which includes all utilities including high-speed Wifi and parking out front. The room is available pretty much now. A damage deposit of one month’s rent is required ($500). The main floor is shared by me (male and a 1 woman. I work two jobs and am studying for the LSATs so I am busy most of the time, but I do love the outdoors and get out snowboarding/hiking as much as I can. The other mainfloor roommate is a friendly woman who is semi-retired and loves to socialize whenever you are up for it. The basement roommate has a Chemical engineering PhD student who is also very friendly but is busy most of the time. We are all friendly and get along very well you also get the option of using the shared space of the kitchen and living room with the puppies around most of the time.
