Beautiful townhome located on the mountain in Stoney Creek. The room can include furniture with a bed. The space features large windows that bring in a ton of sunlight. There is room for desk space but I am willing to create an office area from a den (with large windows) just outside of the room. Newly renovated townhome with the common area including a brand new, open concept kitchen. You will have your own private bathroom (there are 4 bathrooms total in the home) with access to a shared washroom on the main floor. A shared laundry room with a large washer and dryer (separate) is also included.

Myself, the owner (male, early 30s), lives in the townhome part time per year but I frequently travel, work and live in Eastern Europe. Normally I am only in this place 3 months of the year, total, in monthly chunks (i.e. not 2 weeks in etc etc). I am considering renting out the other rooms (1-2 more) but at this time I am only renting out the one and keeping one other one open for myself. I own digital companies thus the frequent travel schedule.
