a spacious 2 level home with 3 bedrooms on upstairs level one room shared by a couple, basement suite is rented out to another couple, they have a private entrance. The laundry machine and dryer are in home and located downstairs. We have a nice backyard with a small fireplace and a shed , and a garage in the front. Parking space in front and in back available.
