Trout Creek is just 8 minutes from Powassan for light shopping and 20 minutes from North Bay for everything else.

This room is great for students okay with commuting or young professionals looking for something close to North Bay but outside the hustle and bustle.

Trout Creek is a quaint town with a liquor/convenience store right next door, and the schools, track fields, town hall and a church are right down the street.

Internet, water, and hydro are all included in the rent. Laundry facilities in the bottom of the building.

I’m a Computer Programming Analyst working at a software firm in North Bay. I have an older cat who likes to speak his mind but is incredibly friendly and tends to spend his whole day in my room.

All folks are welcome to inquire about the room, but I have some minor social anxiety so I’m a tiny bit picky with who I share my space with. Hoping to find someone who is easy to get along with and respects personal space. Lifelong friendship need not apply, but it wouldn’t hurt.
