About the room
Hello! Thank you for viewing my listing. I live in the SW in a quiet residential area with all major needs within walking distance, including a park. By vehicle downtown is a breezy 15 minutes, or if you prefer public transit, there is a bus stop just out front. I am renting out the second bedroom as it is not used. Upstairs is the kitchen and living/dining area that is furnished and including a gas fire place. Washer and dryer in the unit and an window A/C unit for comfort. The kitchen, living room and dining area will be considered shared and tidy space. If you would like to know more about the place I would love to hear from you!

About the roomies
It is just myself living in the unit (36 year old male) I keep a tidy home and respect others privacy. I currently work full time weekdays and the occasional weekend. I do not host large social events here, but I am not opposed to guests. If you have any questions for me please feel free to ask!
