Looking to rent out one room in my basement suite. I work full time and spend most days/nights at my boyfriends when he’s in town with my dog. My cat would be home all the time, however again I’m rarely home so this would primarily be a room with access to the whole house all the time by yourself. Room is spacious, good sized closet. Utilities are included however internet will not be included as I don’t use it and use my phone for data so that would be your responsibility. Rent could be slightly negotiable, we could work out a deal in regards to hanging out with the cat when I’m gone feeding/changing his litter.

I am rarely home, I work full time. I may or may not spend a couple weeks a month at the house, usually just to sleep and I don’t spend much time in the common area. I’m clean, easy going and the pets are very well behaved. My dog does not like most other dogs so pets will not be allowed unless they are in a tank/cage.
