It’s a nice clean two bedroom apartment.rent includes parking and heating (hot water register in each room.plus 75 for internet and hydro.so 700 a month total.the landlord and naboures are nice to.laundry is downstairs 4 loonies a load.absolutely no hard drug users.I don’t mind drinks and cigarettes and pot outside.
