Hey guys!! Me and another girl have found a place to rent and are looking for another female to move in with us 🙂 we are both 20/ 21 and hoping for someone around the same age! it is a beautiful bungalow in the mapleridge area right by south centre mall! It’s $450 + utilities (utilities will be split between the 3 of us and the 2 basement neighbours so utilities won’t be that much each) The basement is rented out but the main floor where we would be living is very spacious. The bedroom also has a big closet but unfortunately did not get it in the picture. It’s 1.5 bath for our upstairs unit and will be sharing the laundry unit with the neighbours in the basement but we have a door separating the upstairs and the downstairs with a lock! You will also get a spot in the garage if you need it:) We’re very clean people and would hope for some who will take pride in having a clean space! My roommate has 1 cat but is very clean so there would be no issues there. Move in date is May 1st. Pm me if you have any questions! We are also hoping to change the bulbs to white or bright yellow and the blinds to match!

I am filing full time and hopefully going to school this coming fall at Mount Royal university for the bachelor of education program. My roommate bethanie is a full time aesthetician and is also hoping to go to school this fall! She has 1 cat and will make sure the area stays clean of cat hair and litter and will have the litter box in her room! We are very clean and are looking for someone who we can laugh and have fun with but is a clean and kind person!
