Ray's room

I’m currently looking for a roommate to rent a private room in a one bedroom apartment in Hamilton Downtown. The apartment will be shared with me, I will have a mattress behind the living room to sleep on and will be tucked away during the day.

The apartment is fully furnished and all inclusive except for laundry which is paid laundry in the first floor of building. ($5 for washer and dryer) There is a dresser, queen size bed, side table, and a big closet (about twice the size of the door, goes in deep). Two couches and 65 inch tv in living room with coffee table. I have two cats (one really fluffy one), they are friendly will take them about a week to open up to you.

Preferences:

• either male or female
• university/college/post grad student, young working professional
• like pets (especially cats)
• no smoking or drinking inside the apartment

Available immediately, rent will be $800 all inclusive including internet. Prefer one year agreement (open to 4 months) then 2 month notice when you want to move on. First and last is required. Must provide proof of income, if student must verify your a student and proof of income of payor on your behalf. No private parking spot, there is free street parking all around the building.

Info about me: I am a 27 year old male software developer, I work from home remotely. I have my desk in the dining room. I can be extroverted and introverted, prefer someone I get along with. I’m clean and looking for someone to do their part in household duties. I’m friendly and respectful. In the weekday evenings and weekends, I’m mostly studying, relaxing in the living room, watching tv, in and out of the house. Also love to workout and go out for runs so if you want to join great. Lastly, always down for some takeout.
