Its a non smoking secure property with cameras. Owned by Killam properties. They request application filled out for their file. Ive been here almost a year (my roomate wants to move back out of New Brunswick so will be looking to move instead of signing another year. But otherwise hes great we got along great) Never had any problems with neighbors they always seem to be in great moods. Avil room is master bedroom (lots of room from his work from home set up) apartment also gets lots of sunlight. Large bathroom, living area, dishwasher in kitchen (although i never use it) card opperated laundry on every floor, pop machine in basement and assigned sparking spot avil I currently don’t have internet hooked up it belonged to the roomate so it moved with him so that is just temporary

I ment my current roommate on roomies as well have found that fir some reason Ive had better luck in the roomate pool with strangers for some reason.
