Owen's room

One room of a two-bedroom apartment is available. Shared bathroom, living room with a connected dining space, and kitchen. I am good with sharing most of my plates and the like. I have my desk set up in the dining area, and I sometimes use the living room, but that can be your space. Additionally, an old but working air conditioner is installed in your room. On-site laundry but it is sketchy, two laundromats a block away. Right by the corner of 96th and 128th, access to a major crossroads for transit, a no-frills, a pharmacy, a medical clinic, a dollar store, and several other amenities within a few blocks. Only one parking stall that I currently am using, but if need be there is a cul-de-sac to park or another stall can be rented. Additionally, the room comes with 3 shelves a single bed frame and boxspring and matress, a wire rack, and, if you need it, a desk. Also, you can have a private fridge if you like. All the items can be removed if need be.

People living here: I am the only one. I am a routine-oriented person and want clear expectations upfront. I am flexible, so if you hate dishes but don’t mind dusting, we can work some sort of arrangement out. I am not a neat freak, but I strive to keep my space tidy and organized. I don’t expect super perfect but will not be OK with negligence or filth. I would happily share cooking and/or shopping duties, I have a Cosco card so that’s a trip we can do. I am on disability so I spend a fair bit of time at home, however, I am free most of the day because of it, so if you need someone to go for a run while you can not or need a ride somewhere I can provide it. I do run games on my computer, so some evenings I will need to use the living space for my communications, but that is not often. I am a gamer geek, with dice, magic card, and Warhammer collections. I don’t mind guests, as people are great, but I am not a fan of parties, mostly because of my cat. 420 and drink friendly. Spiritual but not judgey. Pets living here: There is a cat, Scratch Fury Destroyer of Worlds (a total misnomer, she is the friendliest cat I have ever known). Scratch is super social and will be your best friend.
