5 minute walk to Tuscany Village! Super close to parks and Starbucks and Tim Hortons! Neighbours are pretty quiet but lots of children in the area, so being respectful of that is a must!

I’m Kayla (she/her) and I live with Kate (she/her) and we are both Uvic Marine Bio students! Main thing is you have to be okay with a LOT of plants (and a few fish) in the house! We are insanely clean people with lots of interests and hobbies and personally I love to share them! Unfortunately our house is not pet friendly so no little friends :( but we do have a dishwasher and a really weirdly shaped porch that usually has a lot of birds! So let me know if that sounds like a good fit or if you have other questions! Also utilities are weirdly expensive, we are still trying to figure that out at the moment but that is one of the downsides of this house!
