I’m looking for a roommate. Preferably someone in the same age range as me (24 to 36ish). I’m 31. Looking for someone to move in ASAP.

I’m looking for someone who is working full-time. Must be willing to stay for at least 6 months (with possibility of extension).

I’m more introverted than I am extroverted but I’m also warm and friendly. I do need a lot of alone time though. I generally keep to myself but would also love to socialize here and there. Looking for someone a little more on the quieter side.

IMPORTANT: You must be okay with a cooler place. I don’t react well to heat so I have the heat turned off in the kitchen/living room. The heat is turned ON in your bedroom and the bathroom though. This shouldn’t be much of an issue as you’ll be living here through the warmer season anyways (April-Sept).

I’m looking for someone who is good at communicating, tidy, responsible, and respectful.
