Looking for one roommate to rent out 1 room in a 3 bedroom house with my sister and I. House is in the Beechwood neighbourhood of Waterloo. It is approximately 10 minutes from UW and Laurier, close to the Boardwalk shopping centre, multiple grocery stores, Costco and bus stops.

Rent is $950/month all-inclusive (including wifi, cable, bi-weekly cleaning of common spaces, lawn care and snow removal). Bedroom has lots of natural lighting and a good-sized closet. The house has 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, a large, fully furnished common area and a private, fully fenced backyard.

One parking spot can be rented in the driveway for $30/month.

We’re looking for someone who is friendly, enjoys a clean home, and loves dogs!

We’re both in our late 20s, clean, easy-going, and laid-back. We love relaxing at home, having the occasional movie or game night, and watching Dancing with the Stars, Survivor, and Love Island — and we’d love to have someone join us! We’re both working professionals — one of us is a service dog trainer and the other is a speech pathologist. Our schedules are very flexible, so we’re often in and out throughout the work week.

We have one pet dog, Tundra, who lives with us, and because I train service dogs for a living, there are often 1–2 additional puppies of various ages in the home. Our ideal roommate must be comfortable with puppies of all ages, including dog hair and occasional barking.
