Looking for one female roommate to rent out 1 room in a 3 bedroom house with my sister and I. House is in the beechwood neighbourhood of Waterloo. It is approximately 10 minutes from UW and Laurier, close to the Boardwalk shopping centre, multiple grocery stores, Costco and bus stops. Rent is $900/month all inclusive (including wifi and cable). Bedroom has lots of natural lighting and a good sized closet. The house has 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, a large, fully furnished common area and a private fully fenced backyard. One parking spot is available in the driveway.

Looking for someone who is friendly, enjoys a clean house, and loves dogs! We have one service dog in training who lives at the house with us (his name is Tundra). We are both in our early 20s, I am a 5th year university student and my sister works from home most days, so we are both fairly laidback. We are clean and easy-going individuals who like to have the occasional movie/game night.
