Renting a bedroom with a good sized closet in my renovated 3 bd townhouse in Oakridge! The house has two living areas (main floor and basement), a shared upstairs bathroom with two sinks as well as a powder room on the main floor, a brand new kitchen and medium sized yard that backs onto a green space. The complex is very quiet and well managed with street parking available for guests. You can rent our extra parking space for $40 extra a month or opt for street parking. Internet and utilities are included in rent!

Our current roommate is moving away so there is also the option to purchase her bedroom furniture if you are in need of furniture. (bed, desk, side tables)

The house is 1180 square feet plus a finished basement. We are about 10 minutes from Mount Royal University, a 2 minute walk from the Glenmore reservoir, and close to both Glenmore Landing and Oak Bay Plaza shopping areas. The nearest train station would be Southland station.

I am a 27 year old female and my sister is 23. We are looking for a dog lover without any pets of their own as I have a 1.5 year old redbone coonhound and will occasionally look after other dogs for friends and family. I am an HR advisor and work from home 3 days a week and my sister is a pilot so she works irregular hours. We like to hike, climb, cook, have movie nights and cocktail nights and love dogs. We are looking for a preferably female roommate similar in age, who preferably does not work from home or works from home only part time, is equally clean (in the past we have split the house cleaning in 3 and clean every weekend), loves dogs, is respectful and fun :)
