About the room

A room in a 1760sq ft apartment with 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and an office. Full appliances including washer and dryer. No store is more than a 5 minute drive. Kearney Lake is a nice spot to spend time in the Summer. Quiet building, no smoking on the property and the apartment is fully furnished (excluding your future room). There is no lease to sign as I have had the place for a while and I am not asking for deposit. You can stay as long or short as you would like. I have 2 parking spots and there is storage locker in the garage parking. Parking and Utilities included in the price. The room in the pictures is very outdated, it will be empty when you arrive (minus whatever my former roomie of 3.5yrs leaves).

About the roomies

I am currently back in school as part of a career change. There is a chance I am away for the summer for training. I keep the apartment clean and tidy and cook most nights i am home. In my free time I spend time at the gym (we have a good community), coaching hockey, or flying planes, in the Summer I try to spend time outdoors, but also can sit with a good book.
