I have a furnished room available, in a nice, clean and comfortable house, approximatley 8 minutes drive from down town Duncan. The room has a brand new double bed, large closet and other furniture available. No smoking or pets inside. Internet and everything is included. I also have a well equipped gym room for exercising, which is available for use any time.

I am a single guy, 34 years old, and I live a clean and comfortable life style. I like to play guitar and drums, so musicians are welcome! I have a cat, but he is mostly outside.
