Location: As we’re located one street off of 17th there are tons of eateries, gyms, and shopping within walking distance. There’s also transit routes less than five minutes away to take you anywhere in the city.

The Room: Unfurnished ( fits a twin comfortably ), own closet, hanging hooks on back of the door, built in shelf. It’s smaller but has room for shelves and a dresser - but there’s plenty of space in the living room area ( which is furnished ) to hang out in.

I would be willing to give up the larger of the two for an extra 100 a month making it 875 instead.

Hi! I’m a 24 year old they/her from the NWT! I moved here for school with my current roommate who will be returning home at the end of the month and our previous replacement decided to as well. I however love the apartment and my job so, I’m staying and would love a long-term roommate to sign a year-long lease at the end of May.

I’m a quiet person who likes to play video games, watch movies, and write in my spare time. For the most part, I hang out in my bedroom with the door open for the cat to come and go, and I’m friendly and relatively easy to get along with. That being said I love karaoke and can definitely be convinced to go out with notice.

As for roommates, I’d really prefer someone LGBTQIA+ Friendly, who doesn’t party often or at least not in the apartment.
