7th floor apartment next to new LRT line that should be operational later this year, on major bus route. 5 minute ride from downtown. Next to Bonnie Doon mall(within walking distance). Parking is additional but it’s only $40/mth (willing to negotiate for the right room mate). Includes a bed I bought for a friend staying in town for a few months. All utilities included as well as fast hard-wired internet. Bedroom is 10x10 (approx). Living room has a flat screen TV and a nice large sectional couch. Storage room that’s always filled with cleaning supplies, kitchen extras, etc. Ready to move in, kitchen has a microwave, and a air fryer. Looking for the right fit. I can purchase cookware and plates for you as well so all you need is yourself, and your clothing. Laundry room on base floor. I don’t host and am honestly fairly quiet.

It’s just me, in my mid 30’s with a full time job working from home. I have a computer in my room so I’ll be out of the way during working hours. I’m up between 4-7am every day, so I’d prefer a quiet student or working professional. I respect boundaries and space. I’m from the West Coast so fairly mellow and easy to get along with. I’ve lived with more female room mates than male room mates. I do prefer female room mates because I’m significantly cleaner and quieter than most males(being honest). My apartment is always cleaned, and I take pride in it.
