There are many parks and green spaces behind and around the house. Basement has a workout room and full laundry.

I’m the only other roommate, 31 and like to either socialize or listen to podcasts with headphones. I’ll use cannabis and drink with friends occasionally. I work full time - mostly in the field in and around Calgary. Someone willing to let the dogs outside would be greatly appreciated.
