There is a large yard and flower beds that would need to be cared for together. Only a 5 minute drive to Innisfail and 25 minutes to Red Deer or Olds.

Currently a young male lives in the home and works during the day either on the farm or off the farm that is close by. He is passionate about all things agriculture.
