The rooms are unfurnished but common areas including the kitchen, dining room and living rooms upstairs and downstairs are all furnished. Kitchen, living rooms, dining room are all shared and the two bedrooms downstairs share a renovated bathroom. The house is a 5 minute walk from UofC and has a bus route on our street. Looking for tenants willing to sign a 12 month lease (550$ a month + utilities). No pets, non-smoking home. Damage deposit is equivalent to one months rent, and tenant insurance is required. Hi everyone, my roommate and I (both female) are looking for two roommates to live with us in a duplex in University Heights near U of C (5 min walk). Move in date is flexible (latest end of july).
We are both currently fourth year students at U of C. We are both quite active/athletic, love hiking in the summers, going to coffee shops, both have jobs and are quite social. We enjoy going out but also love having girls nights in! Looking for students or working professional between ages 20 to 25 who are outgoing and social. Must be able to keep common spaces clean!
