Bedroom has double bed, side table/ lamp, 2 dressers, built-in bookcases with lower shelving, private bathroom, rec room has new/ quality sofa, chairs, stone top side and coffee tables, large screen Sony TV, drop-leaf table with 2 chairs. The home has hard wired smoke detectors on each level and is located on a quiet street with great neighbours and from late Spring to Fall has a great private back yard and patio where one can grab rays on the patio loungers. NOT suitable for over-night guests. Date of occupancy is flexible.

I am the male home owner with a pleasing personality and sense of humour and the only other person living here with my small, very smart pup who usually only barks if he sees a stranger on the property. Both of us are early to bed late to rise! I am very neat & clean, responsible, a non smoker, non-vaper, no drugs including cannabis. I have an occasional glass of wine. Compatible roomie would be similar male.
