-bedroom furnished with single bed, large desk, chair, monitor with HDMI cable.

• 5-10 minute walk to Algonquin and all necessary amenities / 25 minute commute to Carleton by bus
• rent all inclusive (high speed unlimited internet, hydro, etc.)
• well furnished common areas -fully equipped kitchen
• bathroom only shared with one person as my partner and I share the second washroom -nice balcony with privacy screen, lights and furniture
• walk up unit (front door leads straight to outside)
• in-suite laundry!
• We have a very friendly cat, but he doesn’t do well with other animals because he is very old and timid so unfortunately we cannot accommodate any additional furry friends.

I am 25 and my partner is 27.

I work Mon-Fri and he works 7 days a week.

We like to keep our house clean and we prefer to keep things quiet aside from the occasional small gathering with close friends.

Ideally, we would like to find a roommate who we can vibe with and trust really well.
