-private bedroom furnished with single bed and large desk (different chair), bedding included but can be removed. There is also a shelf above the desk now.

• 5-10 minute walk to Algonquin and college square with all necessary amenities
• Major bus route stop right outside the door, which makes for an easy commute anywhere in the city (40 min max to basically anywhere) -underground parking available for about $100/month (depending on availability)
• rent all inclusive (high speed unlimited internet, hydro, etc.)
• well furnished common areas -fully equipped kitchen
• bathroom only shared with one person -nice balcony with privacy screen, lights and furniture
• walk up unit (front door leads straight to outside)
• in-suite laundry!
• I have a very friendly cat, but he doesn’t do well with other animals because he is very old and timid so unfortunately I cannot accommodate any additional furry friends.

I am 27.

I work Mon-Fri full time 4 days from home and 1 day in the office.

I like to keep the house reasonably clean and prefer to keep things quiet aside from the rare occasional guest or gathering.

Ideally, looking for someone who is on the same page about guests / cleaning.

There is one other girl living here, she attends Algonquin college. She is 20 and the bathroom would be shared with her.

Both of us are in our bedrooms most of the time.

I smoke a very occasional joint, but only on the balcony.
