About the room
Looking for someone to rent out the master bedroom (with ensuite) in the apartment! I only have screenshots from a video my roommate sent me (which I can send) but I will hopefully have some pictures of it soon!
Apartment has: In-suite washer and dryer A/C Underground parking is included in rent (spots usually go for $150/month) 10 min walk to U of C 5 min walk to Brentwood train station The building has a compact gym space And lots more :)
About the roomies
My roommate is, unfortunately, moving out with her boyfriend. We are both students and we quickly became such close friends, so I’m hoping for the same with a new roomie :). I’m an early riser but a heavy sleeper so no issues if you’re a night owl. I’d love to meet up for coffee to get to know you and then welcome you to tour the apartment!
