Well maintained, air conditioned house in Cambridge with a big beautiful backyard just off of Hespeler Road. This private room is a carpeted 12’1“ x 11’6“ second floor room with ceiling fan and closet. Bedroom furniture are available. Common areas include a living room, kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, backyard, and small rec room in basement. This is a non-smoking household.

There are three bedrooms total on the property. One room is occupied by the landlord (Female in 20’s) and partner, one room is occupied by another young lady also in their 20’s, and the last room is currently available for rent! We have two house dogs named Steele and Houston.
