All inclusive- furnished large, very clean, cozy, quiet private room, washer/dryer, wifi, all utilities. Near downtown and #14 bus. For employed or student preferred who likes to keep their space tidy. Downstairs entrance! Quiet house in the community of Vic West, near #14 bus route to UVic, 10 min to downtown and on Royal Roads route - friendly neighbourhood, 3 blocks from harbour and to gorge- walking and cycling trails and close to services, cafes, grocery, quiet but so close to downtown. You share kitchen and bathroom downstairs with one other person ( I have a kitchen and bathroom upstairs). Double sinks and towel racks, and you have your own bathroom storage drawer. Looks like a suite but it is not. All carpets cleaned. Super convenient to bus stop to downtown, UVic or Camosun. Large bathroom, downstairs kitchenette (no oven but hotplate, microwave and airfryer and toaster, blender, everything else). Due to limited ventilation capacity it’s suitable for more light cooking - not a chef’s or baker’s kitchen. Near cafés, Bakery, grocery and takeout, as well as Brown’s, Spinnakers.

No smoking, pot, parties or pets. Large south facing yard and if you like you can garden! If you love nature you’ll be amazing by how the birds sing in the morning. Hi, I have lived in Vic West for 20 years. I have worked full time for the same employer during this time and mostly at home; do geneology, house, dog and garden care. I have 2 kids in university who live away much of the year. House is peaceful, safe and clean for everyone. I love this neighbourhood as it’s safe, quiet, friendly, historic and near walking and biking trails, grocery, and downtown- and a short walk to the water.
