Spare room within a townhouse located in Harvest Hills available for rent! Property is located closely to Deerfoot and Stoney Trail, which makes it very convenient to get around the city. Plus, it is only an 8 minutes drive to the airport for those of you that travel a lot. As well, within walking distance to restaurants, grocery store, and gym.

The en suite bedroom up for rent is unfurnished (could be furnished with a single bed and nightstand upon request) and has a walk-in closet. Shared space includes living room, laundry room, kitchen, dining room, balcony, and garage. There will be one parking spot in the garage available if needed. Also, there is a community outdoor basketball court right behind the townhouse and a tennis court around the corner.

The ideal candidate is respectful of personal boundaries and responsible for cleaning up after themselves. No smoking, no drugs, and no partying please. As stated above, rent is $800 per month plus 50% of utilities. Internet and Telus home security are included. Ideally, looking for individuals who can stay for at least 1 year, but negotiable.

Hi everyone! As stated above, I am looking for a roommate to rent my spare room. I work quite a bit so I am barely home, but when I am, I like to just chill and relax. Also, I like to go workout and play sports to stay healthy, so I wouldn’t mind having a gym buddy! That being said, I also enjoy wine/movie/board game nights if that’s your thing. Oh yeah, I also spontaneously bake sometimes when I’m bored. Overall, I’d say I’m pretty easy-going and accommodating so I am looking for like-minded people. What you get from renting this spare room: a peaceful place to live, use of my Costco membership (I don’t mind sharing if you don’t have one!), and a respectful/awesome roommate.
