Beautiful, fully renovated, safe 5 bedroom, 2.5 bath house in quiet, established Fairview. We are walking distance to all essentials, including a 10 minute walk to the C-train. A 5 minute drive or one C-train stop to Chinook mall. Parks and green space aplenty.

You would have your own private space (your room) and are welcome to share the kitchen, dining room, living room and gardens as you like. Be sociable or not as you choose. We are currently 3 women from 47 to 63. We get along very well and help each other out without crowding each other. Two of us have shared for 7 years. Another joined 2 years ago. This household works without any of the usual roommate issues. There are no arguments or chaos. We aim for peaceful serenity.

The house itself is on a quiet cul-de-sac. There are lots of trees and gardens as well as a fully fenced backyard that is a slice of heaven. Lots of parking off and on street. The house and grounds are impeccably maintained by us. We all appreciate clean, organized and thoughtful.

There is one fully renovated bedroom for rent. It is 16 x 14 with a closet that is huge and two windows that are to code. It is downstairs. One of the windows opens to the rose garden in the backyard. It is nicely furnished and has a separate entrance. If you would prefer to bring your own furniture we can discuss that.

Utilities, internet, parking, Netflix and Prime are all included in the rent. We would welcome a small, well behaved dog.

We are not a typical household. There are 3 of us currently in my beautiful, fully renovated 5 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house. Serious chronic illness brought us together. Deep friendship and a home where we are each understood and not judged has been the result. We have room physically and in our friendship for one more person.

We are 3 women aged 47, 53 and 63 respectively. Neat, tidy, thoughtful, and polite applies to all of us. We all have a sense of humour. Not necessarily the same sense of humor, but it’s there. We share a NEED (not a desire) for a calm, quiet, organized, safe environment. It makes living with the illnesses we have bearable.

We have worked out the usual bugs about sharing. No one argues about fridge organization, getting laundry done or guests. No one worries about rent going up. We don’t argue.
