I am looking to rent out my spare bedroom to a reliable employed (or in college) male or female with no pets; I am currently not accepting couples, and/or children, sorry. Must also provide legitimate references (not friends or family, preferably employers, or previous landlords) as the building manager will require a proper reference check (themz the rules, I don’t make ’em lol). You will have access to the kitchen, but willl have to buy your own groceries and must clean up after yourself.

I have a cat so, being a cat person is also ideal. However, she never goes in the extra room, as it’s been used for storage mostly.

The building is safe with round the clock security. Total bonus!! The building is mainly an adult facility with a noise curfew from 10pm to 7am which is perfect for a student trying to study, or those who have to work early.

The building also zero tolerance for smoking/vaping etc. in the building, or within 5 meters of an entranceway (including patio doors); however, there are designated smoking areas if you do smoke.

Room rent is $525 which includes utilities and laundry use. Rent is due the first of every month, no exceptions (Themz the rules lol ). If you want to hook up cable/internet for your room, that would be something you would have to set up on your own.

The property is located on the East end of Red Deer close to many amenities for convenient shopping and dining.

This place is little slice of heaven for all the tenants, and I’m sure it will be the same for you. It’s modern, classy, well built, clean, friendly, and it has a whole lot to offer. As for me, I live a very quiet, peaceful, and respectful life (no booze, partying, or anything of that nature), and I am hoping to have someone rent the room with similar values, for cohesive cohabitation. I am introverted and keep to myself. I also don’t have a lot of visitors, as I work a lot, attend college, and would like to have a tenant with that same respect.
