Don’t worry about that anymore, as this house is ideal for University of Calgary students, or for those working at Foothills Hospital, Alberta Children’s Hospital, or in the surrounding area.   Newly purchased and set-up, this house is only a block from the main University campus, while still being a 5 minute walk to Foothills! Many transit routes are easily accessible as well.   One room is available for immediate move in. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 and a half bathrooms in this house, with the largest bedroom being available! This room comes with a bedframe and mattress for easy move in as well. Common areas are all fully furnished, with couches, tables, and a TV in the upstairs living room/kitchen area.

No deposit required with an understanding that the house will be maintained and damages will be dealt with.

Currently there are 3 male roommates at the house who are all students at the University of Calgary studying pre-med, engineering, and law. As students we can be a bit messy and are typically to bed by 11pm. There are also two cats living at the house.

We are mostly looking for students in the U of C/SAIT area within the ages of 19-26
