One person only please- No couples. In Sidney, a 2 Bedroom /1Bath, ( including tub), apartment in Secure building just steps to the beach and a short 10-15 min walk to the center of town!

Seeking Quiet, Responsible, clean NS FEMALE to Share a fully Furnished, beautiful, Bright apartment with Skylights and all the comfort amenities needed, an outdoor deck with sitting area. Loft Room has a Very Comfortable Luxury Queen sized bed with beautiful bedding, an armoire closet for hanging clothes, a large dresser, 2 side tables, a lamp, a window(with blinds and room darkening curtains as well as a 32 inch Smart TV and a table fan. Just bring your toothbrush!

Single person only please,(no couples) & Non smoking & No pets. Elevator in building and unit is on 4th floor, however ‘Loft’ room is up a flight of stairs (please see photos) with curtain panels to close off the room. Shared Bathroom (includes bath tub and rain shower) Kitchen, Living room & dining area shared space with another smart TV downstairs for your enjoyment. Near bus stop, and has secure Bike lock up in building and parking (for a fee) if needed!

Prefer a 3 month trial to see how well it goes depending on how we like living in the same space together! I travel several times a year and can be away for months at a time so you would have the apartment to yourself during that time.
