The apartment is a basement apartment with two bedrooms, a shared bathroom and a shared kitchen/living space. There are two parking spots and a washer and dryer that will be on site in the apartment. All inclusive with hydro, this will include wifi on my part however will be split 50/50 if used. Pet friendly so long as your animal is non destructive and gets along with other pets. Non smoking. Within a good neighborhood and very close walking distance to a grocery store, the northgate mall and bus stops. The common space will be partially if not fully furnished, you are responsible for furnishing your own private room. You are more than welcomed to bring any other furniture for the common space if there is room. If you are 18 or 19 a parent or legal guardian is required to sign your lease.

I’m an 18 year old trans nonbinary person with a bubbly and outgoing personality. I am preferably looking for one person who is lgbtq+ to room with by September 1st the latest. Respect for privacy and private spaces is an absolute must. General compromise of space preferences and boundaries would be discussed to ensure a cooperative living situation. I do have a gluten allergy so making sure to not cross contaminate any shared foods or using special appliances meant for myself is very important. Anyone who is rooming must be okay with cats since I have one of my own and is preferably between 18 to 25 years of age. Please no smoking indoors and be respectful of private or shared spaces if you bring any friends/company over! I am otherwise easygoing and will just do my own thing.
