You will be sharing the bathroom with me (30 years old, male, working from home as Project Manager). No couples, please. Easy access to Fairview Mall, Don Mills Station, York Mills Station, Seneca College, Pape Station, and the Ontario 401 highway. Excellent TTC connectivity, 25 to Pape and Don Mills subway stations, 122 to York Mills station. Near Fairview Mall and shops at Don Mills, there are plenty of options for good restaurants and shops nearby. Freshco Grocery is just 1.5 km away. 2km to LA Fitness Gym.

Apartment on the 23rd floor with a nice view. Room is furnished with a Queen Size bed, 2 side tables, 1 study table with chair and 1 small sofa chair. Coin Laundry in the building.

Prefer someone who will keep the place clean (no utensils in the sink, and weekly cleaning of common areas and keeps the bathroom spot free.) No smoking, alcohol, or pot in the unit; no overnight guests during the week as I work from home; no loud music after 11 pm.

I am open to having/hosting guests on the weekends, but I would still prefer not to have them overnight.

I am a 30 years old male currently working as a Project Manager. I am very easygoing, and in my free time I like to go out for a walk. On the weekends, I am usually away meeting with friends. I am open to finding a respectful roommate to live with. I am very laid-back. I love animals but do not have any. I do not smoke or pot; there is no smoking, alcohol, or pot in the unit. I like to cook, love music, and go on hikes. I’m clean, easy-going, and friendly, but I also like my personal space, and I respect boundaries. I am looking for a roommate who is clean, quiet, and respects boundaries. Non-Smokers only.
