Easy access to Fairview Mall, Don Mills Station, York Mills Station, Seneca College, Pape Station, and the Ontario 401 highway. Excellent TTC connectivity, 25 to Pape and Don Mills subway stations, 122 to York Mills station. Near Fairview Mall and shops at Don Mills, there are plenty of options for good restaurants and shops nearby. Freshco Grocery is just 1.5 km away. 2km to LA Fitness Gym.

Apartment on the 23rd floor with a nice view. Room is furnished with a Queen Size bed, 2 side tables, 1 study table with chair. Coin Laundry in the building.

Prefer someone who will keep the place clean (no utensils in the sink, and weekly cleaning of common areas and keeps the bathroom spot free.) No smoking, alcohol, or pot in the unit; no overnight guests during the week as I work from home; no loud music after 11 pm.

We are a couple and just became new parents. We have a 5 month old baby so we are only looking for a Roomate who does not smoke.
