One bedroom available in 2 bedroom apartment, shared bathroom/kitchen/living room. Also a large back porch as well, fairly quiet building although I just moved in fairly recently. Pet, pot and LGBTQ+ friendly. Hydro is split, internet can be as well (heat and water are included in rent).

I’m a quiet person with an old cat, so looking for someone who equally wants a quiet, peaceful home.. Mutual respect and communication are key to happy room mates. I just moved to Hamilton, I’ve worked in the trades for year as well as retail. I’d rather live with another working professional although I’m also open to mature students.
