Hello! I am offering a unfurnished private bedroom with a spacious walk in closet. The unit has 1.5 bathrooms so we will be sharing the main upstairs bathroom so will have to make sure we are a good match! I am located in Coach Hill SW which is basically in the middle of everything. Close to downtown and close to the mountains! Total rent is $750 + splitting the monthly utility bill!

I am a 31 year old female who currently lives with my goldendoodle :) I work from home in the other spare bedroom. I am a very active individual who enjoys going to the gym and spending lots of time outside. I am looking for a another female who is easy going, clean and likes to live a more chill lifestyle as well :)
