APARTMENT AVAILABLE FROM JUNE (1-3 months or longer)

– Large apartment in the Mile End with one bedroom for rent. Some of the furniture has changed (in relation to the photos) but there is a double bed in the room, as well as a desk, shelves, a side table, etc. The room also has very large windows that let in a lot of light, which is great!

The Mile End neighbourhood is very central with tons of amazing offers like bookstores, coffee shops, restaurants, parcs, grocery stores, etc. You really have everything close by and in walking distance! It is very well connected by bus and metro so going downtown or exploring other great neighbourhoods is really easy.

I am looking for a roommate who is discreet, clean, and professional. The room rental will be for a minimum of 1-3 months starting in JUNE. If it’s a good match, we can share the space for longer.

The room is for rent for $950/month which includes internet, housing insurance, and rent. The heating is shared and is $110 per month for both of us. This is on average year-round (which means that we would pay around 55$ each per month).

– Grand appartement dans le Mile End avec une chambre à louer. Une partie du mobilier a changé (par rapport aux photos) mais il y a un lit double dans la chambre, ainsi qu’un bureau, des étagères, une table d’appoint, etc. La chambre possède également de très grandes fenêtres qui laissent entrer beaucoup de lumière, c’est super !

Le quartier Mile End est très central avec des tonnes d’offres incroyables comme des librairies, des cafés, des restaurants, des parks, des épiceries, etc. Vous avez vraiment tout à proximité et accessible à pied ! Il est très bien desservi par les bus et le métro, il est donc très facile de se rendre au centre-ville ou d’explorer d’autres grands quartiers.

Je recherche une colocataire discrète, propre et professionnelle. La location de la pièce sera pour un minimum de 1-3 mois à partir de JUIN. Si c’est un bon match, nous pourrions partager l’espace plus longtemps.

La chambre est à louer pour 950$/mois, et cela comprend Internet, l’assurance habitation et le loyer.. Le chauffage revient à environ 110 $ par mois en moyenne toute l’année (ce qui signifie que nous paierions environ 55$ chacun par mois).
