My girlfriend and I are looking for a roommate for our extra bedroom in our 2 bedroom basement apartment. Utilities, wifi & furnishing included. Perfect for a student, out of town worker or someone that doesn’t have furnishings quite yet. The room has a double bed, computer desk, office chair, closet, fire place and a 40 inch TV. The unit is recently renovated and very clean.

Roommates will be me and my girlfriend. We are clean, quiet & respectful. We don’t smoke or drink, get up early and usually in bed fairly early. We enjoy an active lifestyle being outside & treat our health as a first priority.
