Phillip Vine's room

The apartment is only a 10 min walk to Anderson LRT. The #37 and the #56 bus stops are only a 5min walk away. The master bedroom is for rent. The windows have been replaced within the last year and provide a quiet room even with Elbow Drive close by. The parking spot is included in the rent. Fish Creek park and many other green spaces are quite close by. It is a non-smoking apartment which does not allow pets. The apartment has hardwood flooring making cleaning fairly easy. The kitchen is large with a large amount of cupboard space (shared). The refrigerator (shared) and stove work fine and are in good repair. I currently have a stand alone dishwasher, microwave and toaster oven.

I am a quiet roommate. I tend to keep to myself and spend most of my time in my room. I enjoy anime and computer gaming. I do art and have many other hobbies. I have friends over many Saturday nights and occasionally host D&D games in the living room. (any upcoming games nights will be mentioned to you ahead of time). It is a 4 plex, but the other residents of the building are quiet and keep to themselves.
