This would be a shared accommodation of a 1300sq ft 2 bedroom townhouse condominium with heated underground parking. Your bedroom has its own ensuite and walk-in closet. It is currently furnished but it can be unfurnished. Laundry is on the main floor. Rent includes all bills along with wifi, netflix and prime. There is also a security system.

I am a 40+ working professional who resides with three cats. Yes, a cat lady. Bah ha ha! I’m not crazy though, I swear. All smoking (cigarettes or cannabis) will be done outdoors. I do not bother my neighbors with loud tunes but I do like my music while cleaning or working out. I don’t entertain a bunch but do have two adult children that are welcome to visit their mama.
