Hi, I live in a two bedroom, two bathroom, nice condo, with underground parking and a small den, as well as central a/c.

One bedroom has a full ensuite bathroom ($750), the other bedroom has a full bathroom located in the common area ($700).

Looking to rent one or both rooms for ten months: August 2022 - May 2023 (negotiable terms with possibility of extension).

The common area will have the necessary items for your stay: KITCHEN: cooking pots & pans & utensils, cleaning products. LIVING ROOM: Full computer desk, stools, lamp &/or TV.

For your private bedroom, please bring bed, dresser &/or TV. If you prefer these to be furnished, we can discuss.

Nice underground parking stall is available for added $50/month or street parking is only other option.

High speed Wifi & Utilities Included.

Located in the NW end of Calgary, with a 15 minute commute to UofC.

I am a professional accountant, who travels quite a bit. I will likely not be occupying the suite, but will find a suitable roommate for the other room.
