The house is centrally located, close to the University of Alberta, Concordia University, NorQuest College, NAIT, close to the Kingsway Mall, Walmart and all other major sites and transportation hub. There is a Bus line across the street from the house and plenty of free parking all over. Very quiet and safe neighborhood.

The room is cozy, very comfortable bed, perfect for someone with minimal possessions.

Rent is $690 and includes all utilities (water, electricity, Gas, garbage, internet) !! Laundry is also free and on-site (Washer/Dryer) .

The house has a backyard for you to enjoy .

The house currently has 2 young students going to the University of Alberta, one from Russia and the other from France. Both are friendly, honest, and relaxed !!! You will be sharing the bathroom, living room and the kitchen.
