Located in Acadia, this charming raised bungalow has amazing access to amenities such as shopping centres, dog parks, and public transit!

The space I am subletting is the basement level - which has the largest of the bedrooms (with a walk-in closet), your own bathroom, and a living space that’s nearly 1/4 of the whole house. Separate thermostats are installed in both areas, so you can stay cool in the summer and toasty in the winter. The only shared space on the lower level is the laundry/storage room. Otherwise, it’s excellent for privacy and making the space your own. Other shared areas include the kitchen and fully fenced backyard.

I’m happy to consider pets, provided they get along well with animals and people, as I do have clients coming and going periodically! As per the landlord, there is an additional $25 per pet on top of rent and utilities.

No couples or kids, please!

I’m a mid-thirties female and owner of a small beauty business which I run from both home and a salon. On my time off, I enjoy spending time with my animals and doing nerdy things such as playing video games and writing. I’m an introverted, non-partier who takes pride in having a nice, clean home and hoping to find someone with a similar way of living!

For the right person, I can be somewhat flexible on the price of rent, as it’s more important to me to find a good match than anything!
