Located in Sandy Hill. 5 minute walk to uOttawa, transit, shops and downtown. This property was renovated in 2022 with a new kitchen, floors and bathrooms. Loft is approximately 450-550 sq/ft. Space is open concept and furnished with a double bed, desk, bookshelf, personal fridge, small dinette and seating area that includes a couch, coffee table and end tables. This unit has its own heating and air conditioning unit. There is a also a full private bathroom with heated floors. For additional storage, a walk-in closet and open shelves in the basement for extra storage. Rent includes, WIFI, utilities, landscaping and bi-weekly housekeeping of common areas. Kitchen and laundry is shared.

About the roomies

All roomies are students from uOttawa in different programs. All that are moving out have lived in this home for 2 years or more. Great group of people that all got along. Looking forward to having the same roommate experience with a new roomie!
