The house is in a clean/quiet neighborhood 20 minutes from downtown, 7 minutes from the University of Calgary, and a few minutes from various parks. The house is split-level.The upper level contains 2 bedrooms (one room taken by me, not pictured), 1 full washroom, updated open-concept kitchen, living and dining; lower level contains 2 bedrooms, 1 full washroom, 1 laundry room, and a large recreation room. There is a patio deck and fenced-in backyard. All four tenants are able to park in front of the house, either on the street or in the driveway. The bedrooms are unfurnished. The living area is furnished with a dining table+chairs, couch, sofa chairs, and island barstools.

Rent is $700/month, utilities not included. Security deposit is one months rent.

Hi! My name is Olivia and I am a tenant currently living in this house (I’ve lived here for 2 years now), who plans to stay for another 6 months till Dec- Feb 2023. I am a master’s student at UofC, but I’m originally from the U.S. There are 3 available (unfurnished) bedrooms in the house available starting September 1st 2023-my current roommates are moving out. I am not the landlord, but since I am staying, I am responsible for finding new renters! I am looking for renters who are female, preferably in their early 20s like myself-either in university or working-and who are willing to stay for a full year, till August 2024. I expect roommates to be kind, clean, and respectful.
